BUDGET PROGRAM
We offer a 12-month budget plan that runs from September to August. There is no cost to join the budget plan, and the price per gallon is the same as for all other customers.
PRE PAY PROGRAM
Our pre-pay option requires customers to purchase 600 gallons or more. The payment must be received by check before October 1 to qualify for the plan. Customers will receive a discount on the price per gallon with this payment option. Please note that we do not accept credit cards for pre-pay.
AUTO PAY PROGRAM
We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express for payments. Customers can provide their card information over the phone or pay through our website. Additionally, we offer an auto-pay option, where your card is automatically charged each time a delivery is made. To set up auto-pay, please call our office.
NEW**We now provide ACH payment options. We can establish automatic payments from your bank account for each delivery made.
delivery options
We provide two options for our customers to have their tanks filled, and there is no price difference between the two choices.
1. **Courtesy Fill**: We put your home or business on a delivery schedule, topping off the tank when we deliver. The schedule may vary based on factors such as the size of the property, the temperature inside the home, and the weather conditions. Most of our customers are on a 4 to 8-week schedule.
2. **Will Call**: This option allows the customer to request a delivery whenever they choose. The minimum order is 150 gallons, and customers are responsible for checking their tank levels. We recommend calling for a delivery when the tank reaches 20% capacity. Customers can order 150 gallons or more, depending on their needs. Please note that if the tank runs out of fuel, we will need to conduct a leak test, which requires access to the home and typically takes about an hour. There is a $50 charge for this service.
